Historic WWII British Submarine Wreck Found near Greece

The wreckage of the British WWII submarine HMS Triumph was discovered at the bottom of the Sounion Peninsula in the Aegean Sea, by Kostas Thoctarides’ Greek diving team.

The HMS Triumph (N18) was a T-class submarine of the Royal Navy, first launched in 1938, and disappeared in 1942 during a patrol in the Aegean.
